Only destinations available at checkout can be selected for shipping. Rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown in USD and are applied to the order subtotal before taxes or destination-specific charges.
Fulfillment and delivery
GoStick orders are produced through our fulfillment partners after checkout. Production and transit times can vary by product availability, destination, carrier capacity, and customs processing. We show the available shipping option at checkout before payment is submitted.
Tracking
When a tracking number is provided by the fulfillment carrier, we add it to your order and send a shipping update to the email address used at checkout. Account holders can also review eligible order updates from their account page.
International orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and similar charges imposed by the destination may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the customer's responsibility unless they are expressly included at checkout.
