Products, prices, and orders
Product availability, prices, promotions, and fulfillment readiness can change. A submitted order is subject to payment authorization and fulfillment availability. We may correct obvious catalog, pricing, or availability errors and will contact you when a material change affects an order.
Shipping, returns, and fulfillment
Physical products are fulfilled through our fulfillment partners. Shipping options, fees, and destination availability are shown at checkout. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, and shipping details are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Accounts and rewards
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Daily cases, shards, vouchers, and other promotional rewards are account-bound, have no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the store. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards associated with fraud, abuse, technical errors, or violations of these terms.
Vouchers and promotions
Vouchers apply only as described in the store and may be limited to one eligible sticker. Shipping, taxes, and destination-related charges may still apply. Promotional codes and rewards cannot be combined when checkout does not allow it, and are subject to their stated conditions.
